Summary:
On 14th and 15th of March 2019 Uniglobal held the 15th Annual Global Microfinance Forum in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It was the Anniversary conference organized by Uniglobal that brought together a great number of leading industry experts and stakeholders in the microfinance field from all over the globe.
This 2-day forum was a perfect platform for a fruitful dialogue between investors and MFIs also involving companies providing innovative solutions for improved partnerships and effective business operations.
The event covered the major trends and challenges, such as attracting investments, effectively managing FX risks, achieving financial returns and social impact, fostering financial inclusion of MSMEs and female entrepreneurs, integration of refugees, challenges of corporate governance and many other topics.
During both days of the event participants were very actively participating in interactive and networking sessions what created an excellent atmosphere and ensured discussions of topics from various perspectives.
The event received a very positive feedback and was regarded as highly informative, interactive and professionally organized.
