Summary:

On 15th & 16th of February 2018, Uniglobal hosted the Business Process Management and Operational Excellence conference in Berlin, Germany.  
The event was very interactive and did receive a great feedback from the audience. 

There were 14 presentations and Interactive Workshop, delivered by Continues Improvement Professionals from different companies and industries from European countries, 4 round table discussions on various topics, such as “Customer centricity in Business Process Management”, “Leadership for Six Sigma”, “How to create a successful Lean Transformation”, and a very well received panel discussion, with the focus on the dominant topics and themes on both first and second days.

We would like to sincerely thank all our speakers for sharing their unique perspectives and impressive experience in their presentations, all our delegates and summit attendees, for being so active and our chairwoman, Tove Hejbøl Lindquist for making this event a great success!
