Summary:
On 6th & 7th of September 2018, Uniglobal hosted the “8th Annual Central Asian and Caucasus Microfinance Forum” in Almaty
This conference was a highly successful event, was very interactive and did receive a positive feedback from the audience.
There were 19 presentations and 6 round table discussions on various topics, such as “Agricultural Value Chain Finance”, “Diversification Effect to Portfolio: MFI choice to your investment universe”, “Digital lending – what data is available for credit scoring, and how could it be used?”, and a very well received 3 panel discussions, with the focus on the dominant topics on both first and second days.
We would like to sincerely thank all our speakers for sharing their unique perspectives and impressive experience in their presentations! Also would like to thank all our delegates for being so active and making the event highly interactive! As well we would like to thank our partners and our chairwoman Debbie Watkins for making this event a great success!
