Summary:
Uniglobal’s 5th Annual Insurance Claims Management Conference in Russia & CIS was held on 15th & 16th of September, in Moscow, Russia. Uniglobal successfully gathered together the leading experts in claims management area of the insurance market, and hosted a highly effective event, which served both – as a learning experience, and as a networking platform where the industry leaders could interact, and exchange knowledge, ideas and experiences.
Both days of the conference were very interactive, enabling all participants to take active part and discuss the current trends and challenges in claims management market, and to share experience in insurance fraud identification and prevention.
The conference hosted a guest – Claims Counsel – from Hannover Re who delivered the presentation on practical experience of claims management for the risks accepted for reinsurance from Russia and CIS.
The other culmination of the conference was a new case study session where participants had a chance to apply existing and newly received knowledge and skills to find relevant solutions to real insurance fraud cases.
